Bennett Wulff

Director

Results driven and outcomes focused, Bennett has in excess of 20 years' experience across the areas of transaction advisory, joint venture structuring, acquisition mandates, detailed feasibility analysis, market analysis, development site due diligence and highest and best use assessments. Bennett's expertise covers a wide range of property sectors, with particular specialisation in mixed-use development and commercial office.

Bennett has extensive experience building and leading both internal and external teams across various property sectors and disciplines, having previously held the dual roles of Managing Director | NSW and Board Director for a leading national property advisory firm.

Bennett holds bachelors in both Commerce (Finance) and Property & Construction (Property) from the University of Melbourne.

Sam Barrow

Director

With 18 years' experience in real estate advisory, analysis and valuation, Sam is a versatile professional trusted to navigate various diverse and complex property matters.

Sam has significant expertise in development feasibility, options analysis, market analysis, valuation, highest and best use assessments, transaction advisory, and strategic advice, covering a broad spectrum of asset classes. Specifically, Sam has a focus on residential and mixed-use development and the commercial office sector, primarily within Sydney and regional NSW.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from WSU and is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) AAPI with the Australian Property Institute.

Lee Cikuts

Director

Lee prides himself on delivering practical advice to the property sector, backed by a solid evidence base.

Lee is an economist with 20 years of experience providing advice and strategic research in the property industry. He has a diverse range of experience having worked in both the consulting and REIT industry, across a range of projects and sectors nationally including residential, retail, commercial, seniors living, industrial and healthcare.

His experience extends from strategic research, macroeconomics and trend analysis through to individual markets and projects reviewing land use opportunities, market potential, economic impacts and feasibility modelling. He has provided advice to Local and State Government as well as the private sector.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and Diploma in Property Investment and Finance.

With a strong foundation in real estate analysis, Bill is an analytical and detail-oriented professional passionate about strategic property advice.

Working closely with senior Directors, Bill contributes to a range of services, including development feasibilities, site due diligence, market analysis, value advice, and options analysis.

With exposure to both metropolitan and regional markets, Bill is committed to delivering data-driven insights and analytical support across a broad range of asset types. His focus on value and critical thinking enables him to contribute effectively to complex property engagements while maintaining a keen attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

She has collaborated closely with construction, valuation, development, and sales teams, including hands-on involvement in the sell-down of one of Sydney’s highest profile residential apartment development projects.

His professional experience has provided him with technical skills across demand assessments, economic and property data analysis, development feasibility, scenario analysis as well as financial reporting, enabling him to respond to client needs with real-world solutions.
